Expert network
Advise on selected technology mandates.
We work with former senior executives, product leaders, technical leaders, and corporate-development professionals who understand how buyers evaluate, acquire, and license technology.
What the work can involve
- Fit validation
- Test whether a technology addresses a real need for a given type of buyer.
- Buyer-specific positioning
- Help shape the case around the buyer’s priorities and evaluation criteria.
- Introductions
- Where appropriate and possible, facilitate relevant introductions to buyer stakeholders.
- Evaluation support
- Help anticipate technical and commercial questions during buyer evaluation.
- Deal-process guidance
- Share experience of how acquisition and licensing decisions are made and approved.
How engagements work
Advisors are engaged mandate by mandate. Scope and compensation are agreed individually; joining the network does not mean automatic appointment to any mandate. Experts are selected for particular mandates and buyers, so participation is not a promise of continuous work or a permanent appointment.
Confidentiality and conflicts
Each engagement includes confidentiality terms and a conflict check. Advisors share their own experience and information they are authorized to share — never confidential information of current or former employers — and do not represent prospective buyers.
