Focused engagements for growth and strategic transactions.

Three focused engagement models for growth and strategic transactions. Each is scoped, time-bound, and designed to produce buyer-ready outputs — not slideware.

Engagement 01

U.S. GTM Intelligence

For non-U.S. AI and deep-tech companies entering or scaling in the United States. Built around the first conversations that actually convert: who has the costly problem, who owns it internally, and why now.

Typical 6–10 week engagement, fixed scope. Optional ongoing buyer-intelligence support.

Deliverables
  • First-principles U.S. ICP and buyer-trigger hypothesis
  • Target-account list with internal champion and buying-committee map
  • Buyer-specific positioning, narrative, and outreach assets
  • Partner, channel, and ecosystem logic
  • Execution roadmap for the first two to three quarters
Engagement 02

Strategic Buyer Search

For founders, boards, and investors monetizing a technology asset — a company, a product line, source code, IP, a license, or a partnership opportunity. We start with the asset, not the contact database.

Typical 8–12 week initial engagement, with continued support through buyer conversations.

Deliverables
  • Technology asset map: what is transferable, mature, and commercially relevant
  • Buyer archetypes and strategic triggers (product gap, modernization, integration, build-vs.-buy)
  • Prioritized universe of acquirers, licensees, and strategic partners
  • Per-buyer thesis: costly problem, internal owner, proposed engagement
  • Outreach, discovery, and proof process to first credible conversations
Engagement 03

Transaction Readiness

For companies preparing for technical evaluation, partnership, license, or acquisition. The work that determines whether a buyer's technical and corporate-development teams say yes.

Typical 4–8 week engagement; can run in parallel with Strategic Buyer Search.

Deliverables
  • Technical teaser and non-confidential buyer materials
  • Proof pack: architecture overview, capability evidence, benchmarks, known limits
  • Buyer-specific demo and discovery script
  • Diligence workstreams: source code, documentation, IP, security, integration
  • Realistic transaction options memo (pilot, license, partnership, asset sale, acquisition)

How engagements start

Every engagement begins with a confidential assessment of the asset, the objective, and the realistic buyer universe. If the fit is not strong, we say so. If it is, we propose a scope, a timeline, and a fixed fee structure before any deeper work begins.
