Who is responsible

Vayson Intelligence Group is a brand operated by Nitsushi LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, 202 N. Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701, USA. Nitsushi LLC is the controller of information processed through this website. The established contact route is the inquiry form on this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, optional company or technology asset name, the inquiry type, and your summary. We do not ask for financial details, documents, or source code, and the form does not accept file uploads.

How it is used

Inquiries are used to review and respond to your request and to assess whether a potential engagement is appropriate. They are not sold or used for advertising.

Where it is stored and who processes it

  • Submissions are stored in a private database used by the website, not accessible to the public.
  • A notification containing your inquiry is sent by email to Vayson using a third-party email delivery service (Resend).
  • The website is hosted on cloud infrastructure provided through Lovable.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect submitted information.

Analytics and tracking

Built-in Lovable hosting analytics is in use and is separate from the extended analytics described below. According to the hosting provider’s documentation, it counts visits as sessions, does not build cross-visit visitor profiles, and reports over a window of up to 90 days; its exact IP handling and underlying raw-data retention are not confirmed by that documentation. The PostHog setting below does not control it.

Extended PostHog analytics operates on an opt-out basis for visitors whose network location is confirmed as the United States, and does not run at all for anyone else. On each page load the website asks its own server for the country derived from your connecting IP at the network edge; only a confirmed United States result allows the analytics to load. For visitors in other countries, and whenever the country is unknown or the check fails, PostHog is never loaded, no PostHog browser or session identifiers are created, and any such identifiers left from an earlier visit are cleared. No consent banner is shown: United States visitors are measured by default and can turn analytics off at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

When active, it measures pageviews and pageleaves, approximate sessions, repeat browser visits using a persistent pseudonymous browser identifier, referring website domains, button and link clicks, scroll depth, click heatmaps, page performance (Web Vitals), and successful contact-form submissions. Campaign segmentation uses a shared campaign label, not individual email links or recipient identities. The configuration uses PostHog Cloud in the United States.

PostHog does not receive your name, email, company, inquiry text or other form values. The integration does not use advertising pixels, session replay, recordings, DOM snapshots, fingerprinting or identified personal profiles, and does not connect visits to Apollo contact records. Form and privacy controls are excluded from click capture and heatmaps. Event text, field values, arbitrary query strings and URL fragments are not sent. A browser identifier is pseudonymous, not proof of a person’s identity.

When analytics is active, your full network IP address is retained with PostHog analytics events and used to derive approximate country, region and city. This is approximate network geography, not device GPS or a precise location; estimates can be inaccurate, especially with VPNs, proxies and mobile networks. Event retention is subject to the provider’s current plan term described below. The country check itself is performed by this website’s server from the connecting IP and is not stored or sent to PostHog as part of that check.

Sessions are approximate: a session is a random identifier that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or 24 hours at most, and session duration reflects the time between the first and last captured event, so sessions with a single captured event register as zero-length. Visible-page engagement time is a separate approximate measure, not proof of attention. A persistent pseudonymous browser ID allows repeat visits to be recognized in that browser, but not reliably across devices, cleared storage or browsers.

Analytics choices

Turning analytics off does not affect the website or inquiry form. “Privacy settings” in the footer lets you opt out at any time. Opting out stops future captures, cancels pending browser requests where possible, and clears the analytics browser identifiers and session data stored by this website. It cannot retract events already received by PostHog or guarantee cancellation of requests already in transit.

Your opt-out choice is stored in your browser’s local storage and is never reset by the website. While analytics is active, PostHog stores a pseudonymous browser identifier in local storage until you opt out or clear browser storage. A session identifier and the shared campaign label are stored in this tab’s session storage; sessions expire after 30 minutes without an event or 24 hours at most. Opting out clears this analytics storage. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep analytics off even for United States visitors.

Retention

Inquiries that do not become client projects, together with their notification emails, are retained for 12 months after the last contact and then manually deleted from the active database and the relevant inboxes. Hosting analytics retention is described by the hosting provider’s documentation above. For optional PostHog analytics, the provider’s current free plan documents a 1-year event retention period; this is the provider’s current plan term, not a guarantee of automatic deletion on a specific day.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by submitting an inquiry through the contact form on this website.

You may also use that form to request access, correction or deletion of optional analytics data. Rights depend on applicable law. Without a browser identifier we may be unable to link pseudonymous events to your request; we do not attempt to infer your identity from an IP address.
